Break The First Rule Of Fight Club For Movie Profits
July 22nd 2008 16:14
Fight Club is the 1999 film which has a host of memorable quotes, one of them being 'the first rule of Fight Club is that you do not talk about Fight Club'. In fact this is just what you *should* do to open up a profit source, and here's how...
One of, if not *the* finest Brad Pitt film, Fight Club offers the same 3 routes to make money online, and here they are.
The first way is to launch your own Fight Club website, or maybe a Brad Pitt site. Either way, you would use that site to promote posters, books, dvd's, various memorabilia, etc. This could generate good profits, but it has downsides, namely that you have to negotiate deals with suppliers buy and hold the stock and run the site.
If you want to go down the memorabilia route, I prefer the second method, which is the affiliate model. You can still set up your site, maybe even a free blog and include links to sites that sell the goods. You then get paid a commission if anyone buys. You have no stock to buy or hold, and no customer service issues the other site handles all that. You may think that the commissions do not add up to much, but many people make very nice full time incomes from affiliate selling.
The third method is the one I use the most, and it's to provide information about movies. Film fans love their trivia, and lap it up. Brad Pitt in particular is a tabloid regular, so providing information about him will draw the traffic, and you then direct that traffic to a site you earn money from.
This what I mean by earning money by talking about Fight Club - you could write your own review, and post it on every movie based forum - this will generate traffic with no problem.
By the way, the second rule of Fight Club? 'You DO NOT talk about Fight Club!' I suggest you break that one too!
I love the fact that I make money by writing about films! Find out more about the *exact* technique I use at my site by clcking here!
