Nary a Nikto in Remake

The remake wasn't bad. If you're a purist, you may not like it. They changed a few things that were critical to the story. Keanu and Jennifer did a good job. The bratty little kid was annoying. Gort's intrigue was squandered. The script was dumbed down for today's non-sci-fi savvy audiences. Sadly, they turned a cerebral piece of science fiction into a popcorn flick. And one of the classic movie moments was left out. Say it ain't so, Gort. More to come.
